Zhu Xiaoping is a co-founder of Chehaoduo Group, the company behind the Guazi used-car platform, and was a senior vice president of the group in 2019. Chief executive Yang Haoyong named Zhu Xiaoping a co-founder in a March 2019 internal letter, alongside chief technology officer Zhang Xiaopei and two other executives.
