Spencer Rascoff

CEO, Match Group

Spencer Rascoff is the CEO of Match Group, appointed in February 2025, and runs the family office 75 & Sunny Ventures. He co-founded Hotwire.com in 1999 and Zillow, which he led as CEO from 2010 to 2019, later co-founded dot.LA and Pacaso, and took part in Relativity Space's 2021 Series E as an existing investor.
