Sean Neville is a co-founder of Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, where he served as chief technology officer and president from 2013 to 2019 and as a director until September 2026. He previously held product and engineering leadership roles at Adobe, Brightcove, Macromedia and Allaire Corporation, and is the founder and CEO of Catena Labs.
