Ryan Tseng is a co-founder and the chief strategy officer of Shield AI, a defense technology company that builds autonomy software and unmanned aircraft. He previously founded the wireless charging company WiPower, which Qualcomm acquired, and led Shield AI as chief executive for a decade until 2025.
