Owen Rapaport is the co-founder and co-CEO of Erebor, a digital-only U.S. national bank for companies in sectors such as AI, defense and manufacturing. He previously co-founded and led the crypto-monitoring company Aer Compliance, which merged with StarCompliance in 2024, and worked at Bain & Company.
