Nicholas Genovese

Nicholas Genovese is a co-founder of UPSIDE Foods, the cultivated meat company, where he served as chief science officer until leaving in 2021. A cell biologist, he led the bioprocessing team that helped produce the company's first cultured beef meatball in 2016, when it was called Memphis Meats.
