Misha Laskin is the co-founder and CEO of Reflection AI, a frontier open model lab he co-founded in 2024 with Ioannis Antonoglou. He previously worked at Google DeepMind on reward models for Gemini, after a postdoctoral position in reinforcement learning at UC Berkeley and training in theoretical physics.
