Mati Staniszewski is the co-founder and CEO of ElevenLabs, an AI audio company he started in 2022 with high school friend Piotr Dąbkowski. A mathematics graduate of Imperial College London, he previously worked at Opera Software, BlackRock and Palantir. ElevenLabs was valued at $22 billion in a September 2026 employee tender offer, and he joined Klarna's board in 2025.
