Josh Payne is the founder and CEO of Nscale, an AI cloud company that builds and operates data centers and GPU compute clusters for AI training and inference. Before founding it in London in 2024 as a spin-out from the Melbourne-based infrastructure business Arkon Energy, he worked in a coal mine in Australia.
