John Doerr is the chairman of Kleiner Perkins, a venture capital firm based in Menlo Park, California, and sits on the board of Alphabet. He joined Intel in 1974 and Kleiner Perkins in 1980, backed the founders of Google, Amazon and Intuit, and was named as a new investor in UPSIDE Foods' 2022 Series C.
