Ioannis Antonoglou is a co-founder and the chief technology officer of Reflection AI, a frontier open model lab. He was previously a founding engineer at Google DeepMind, where he was a core architect of AlphaGo, contributed to AlphaZero and MuZero, and led RLHF training for Gemini.
