Garry Tan is the chief executive of Y Combinator, the startup accelerator, and a founder of the venture firm Initialized Capital. He co-founded the blogging platform Posterous, which Twitter acquired in 2012, was an early employee at Palantir, and at Initialized led investments in Instacart, Coinbase and Flexport.
