Gao Yang is the co-founder and chief scientist of Spirit AI, a Beijing company that develops embodied AI models and humanoid robots. He is also an assistant professor at Tsinghua University's Institute for Interdisciplinary Information Sciences, and he completed his doctorate at the University of California, Berkeley.
