Ed Hallen is a co-founder of Klaviyo, a CRM platform for business-to-consumer brands, and its chief strategy officer. He previously co-founded the HR and operations platform Team Engine, which he led as CEO until 2021, and earlier worked as a principal at Applied Predictive Technologies.
