Cheng Wei is the founder, chairman and CEO of DiDi, a mobility technology platform that offers ride-hailing, taxi-hailing and other shared mobility services in China and other markets. Before founding the company in 2012, he worked at Alibaba from 2005 to 2011, holding sales roles including regional manager before serving as deputy general manager of Alipay.
